Some of us around Tor.com believe firmly that Moby Dick is an epic beast straight out of a science fiction or fantasy story. And although many of our favorite people have narrated/played Ahab over the years, we’re thrilled that a new narration has been recorded with Benedict Cumberbatch! Listen below the cut for a clip.
Cumberbatch is one of several performers involved with the Moby Dick Big Read project, which will feature different voices reading aloud all 135 the chapters of the famous novel.
